Our first test of K-300i was the grout under the hand dryers in the public washrooms. Typically we would use soap and water and scrub until our knuckles bled or pull out the steam cleaner. We sprayed K-300i on the grout; waited three minutes and used a wet cloth to wipe clean. The grout was like new. Coffee stains on the sidewalk, again we would typically haul out the pressure washer. Now we spray K-300i on the stain and a quick easy deck brush takes the stain right out.
