Protocol K-251

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. CFIA APPROVED. Protocol K-251 is a phosphate-free, low foaming, industrial dishwashing detergent that utilizes a unique combination of highly biodegradable ingredients. These ingredients work synergistically to suspend and sequester soils while cutting through the toughest grease. Protocol K-251 may be used in high or low-temperature dish machines. Product Directions

1. Add Protocol K-251 to the electronic feed system directly from the shipping container as per the manufacturer’s recommendation.
2. The quantity of K-251 required may vary depending on water conditions and soil loads.
3. The recommended concentration range in the wash solution is 0.1 - 0.25%.
4. Food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water before reuse.
