Chloro San 12 is a quality checked 12% sodium hypochlorite solution that is excellent for sanitizing and de-staining in a wide variety of applications including food service, institutional, and health care facilities. This product is buffered for added stability and is very effective in low temperature dish machines.
Product Directions
- Scrape and pre-soak pots, pans, dishware, and utensils to remove excess soil.
- Wash in detergent solution.
- Rinse in clear water.
- Sanitize in a hypochlorite solution of 30 mL per 20 L of water. Immerse all utensils for at least two minutes.
- Place sanitized items on a clean sanitized rack or drain board to air dry. For low temperature dish machines use chlorine test strips to establish 100ppm of chlorine in rinse water.
