Vapour Phase Cleaning
Vapour phase cleaning or decontamination is carried out by injecting a vessel with steam and high temperature-stable chemical. The chemical, which is an encapsulation & scavenger combo is carried throughout the vessel to remove gases and and solid hydrocarbon contamination. Vapour phase cleaning uses less water and chemical than high-pressure or circulation cleaning.
